Western Australian Public Library Customer Survey 2026

You are invited to take part in the Western Australian Public Library Customer Survey.

Western Australia’s network of 233 public libraries enables millions of people every year to read, connect and learn.

To ensure WA’s public libraries continue to meet the needs of West Australians, we want to hear from you!

The purpose of this survey is to improve the services we deliver to the library users of Western Australia. Survey results will help to inform how the library network should prioritise their effort, funding, resources, and projects, to provide better value to the community.

The survey should take around 10 minutes to complete, and there are no right or wrong answers.

Your participation in the survey is voluntary and any information provided will be kept confidential.

You can choose not to answer certain questions, and you can stop the survey at any time.

This survey is bound by Commonwealth and State privacy laws and the results and will only be used for research purposes.
